Brian G. Miller, has established himself as an accomplished trial lawyer and as a rising leader in the field of personal injury law. Representing accident victims and the families of individuals who have been killed or seriously injured due to the improper actions of an employer, product manufacturer, other driver, or third party, our firm is committed to performing diligent investigations and taking an academic approach in meeting the needs of all our clients.

Mr. Miller is a Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude graduate of The Ohio State University and The Ohio State Moritz School of Law.  Mr. Miller is a former Assistant Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney.  He spent five years in the prosecutor's office, where he gained valuable trial experience.  He was responsible for the prosecution of first through fifth degree felonies; completed numerous bench and jury trials; and had been assigned to several capital murder cases prior to his departure.  He also redrafted approximately one-half of the office's standard indictment forms.  During Mr. Miller's career stage as a felony prosecutor, he secured respect for his abilities as a trial lwayer from the judges in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas that continues today in his private civil trial practice.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.  He practiced civil litigation and personal injury law for over six years with the highly regarded and well-established firm, Frank A. Ray Co, L.P.A.  He is involved with the local bar and other professional affiliations.   He has secured several results that exceed one million dollars on behalf of his clientele. 

Above all else, he prides himself on his hands-on, personal approach and direct interaction with clients.

Mr. Miller is a resident of Columbus where he lives with his wife and two children.  He is a member of St. Andrew's Parish, loves participating in and viewing sports, and is a huge Buckeyes' fan.
