There, he developed his personal injury practice, which involved representing a variety of clients including professional sport entities, the Columbus Clippers Baseball team, and the AAA baseball International League. Today, Mr. Miller is a well-respected civil litigator with over 25 years of trial experience and represents individuals who have been moderately to seriously injured or killed as a result of another person’s negligence.
Mr. Miller’s trial success includes the honor of obtaining the highest verdict in the history of Union County, Ohio ($34.3 Million) in 2017. Mr. Miller’s experience in litigating complex cases has allowed him to have a better understanding for mediating cases that are complex or large value in nature. Due to his experience, Mr. Miller understands and appreciates the issues of each case and can efficiently help parties reach out-of-court settlement to prevent further litigation expenses and additional delay of resolution.
