Brian was the absolute best personal injury attorney

By Kim C.

Brian was referred to me after I was involved in an automobile accident. Even though it was clear by all parties involved that I was not at fault, it still was somewhat a cluster of a mess and I personally had no idea which direction to turn or who would have my best interest in mind. Brian was the absolute best referral I’ve come across in any legal matters. I will be forever grateful for not only his knowledge, precedence, and patience with my case, but mostly his personal touch with making me, the client, feel completely comfortable and always keeping me updated with a phone call, email, or any paperwork involved mailed directly to me and sometimes all three. Throughout the time of my case I never once had to question his ability, his thoroughness, his judgment or him having my best interest at hand. Brian’s ability to handle my case never came into play and for that alone I will be forever appreciative.
If there is ever a “best” part of having to deal with a legal matter, it would definitely be the feeling made as though you are their only client and Brian (and Stacey) accomplished this, starting from the first contact/phone call with Stacey (what a gem he has in her), to my first meeting with Brian, followed with many phone calls, emails, depositions and finally the settling of my case.
My case was one that Brian could’ve and probably should’ve turned away. My case was more of a “doing what’s right” kind of case, not by any means a monetary case and Brian stuck it out with me and fought with me and he won for me….clearly he didn’t win this case for any reason BUT for me and this is why I will forever speak his name in a manner of respect and worthiness in regards to the type of Attorney Brian Miller is.
