I could have never expected things to go as smoothly as they did

I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You, to you and Stacey, for the service you provided following my accident May of 2015. It was an extremely horrible experience, one I never thought I would ever experience. I was so afraid, not knowing what to do, how to do or who I could trust, because there were so many companies coming out of the ‘wood work’, saying they were the best!
I could have never expected things to go as smoothly as they did. The care and concern you took to ensure I did not have to worry about anything, no incoming bills or payments, the upfront way you kept me notified of each step in the process and the follow up at each juncture was absolutely impeccable!
I want you to know that I have provided several people with the name of your firm, as I told you I would, because of the service you provided. My life is moving forward, yes, there are times I still have minor aches, but I am well!
